Webinar: How to establish a predictive maintenance strategy

Online event
Smart maintenance living lab

In today's digital revolution, the predictive maintenance strategy is being transformed to the next level, which is called PdM 4.0. At this level, the existing domain knowledge is combined with the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to extract meaningful patterns in vast amounts of data and generate new, actionable insights for improving assets availability.

Although the predictive maintenance strategy has been known in the industry for many years, the industrial adoption is still limited.

Webinar Smart Maintenance Living Lab

Flanders Make and Imec organize a free webinar on 4 March about the Smart Maintenance Living Lab to demonstrate the PdM 4.0 implementation for fleet monitoring of critical components in rotating machines, namely rolling element bearings (REBs).
This webinar will present technological hardware and software requirements relevant for health monitoring and prediction of REBs  and propose a methodology to process the raw sensor data both at the edge and in the cloud, and by applying machine learning come to actionable information that is visualized on dynamic dashboards.
We will discuss the following topics:

  • Flanders Make’s edge computing, domain-knowledge signal pre-processing and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for REB health monitoring and prediction
  • Live demonstration of the Smart Maintenance Living Lab
  • Imec’s cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI) and dynamic dashboard technologies for scalable REB health monitoring and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction
  • Company testimonials (tbd)

The webinar takes 60 minutes, with the possibility for a 1-on-1 session with one of our experts. This way we can help you with your specific needs and we look together for the best support for your innovation project.
